## Emma's take

Your rhythm, your pressure, clean confidence before the main event.

This CleanStream kit is built for anyone who wants more control than a bulb and less fuss than a shower rig: a 300 mL silicone-and-polyethylene bottle, a syringe-style pump, and a bulbed silicone nozzle with side holes designed for even coverage. It is a solid pick for first-timers who want measured, steady fill rather than gravity's all-at-once rush. Skip it if you are set on hands-free gravity systems. Pair it with a water-based lubricant on the nozzle, since the spec sheet rules out silicone lube, and warm water after every use keeps it ready for the next time.

## Frequently asked questions

## What comes in the CleanStream pump action enema kit?

The kit includes a 300 mL bottle with measurement markers, a syringe-style pump, a 17.5 inch flexible hose, and a smooth silicone nozzle, everything needed for a controlled at-home douche.

## How much fluid does the enema bottle hold?

The bottle holds up to 300 mL, with markers on the side so you can track exactly how much fluid you're using each time.

## How do I clean this enema bottle between uses?

Rinse the bottle, pump, hose, and nozzle with mild soap and warm water after every use, then let everything air dry fully before you put it away.

## Can I use silicone lubricant with the nozzle?

No. The nozzle isn't compatible with silicone-based lubricants, so reach for a water-based formula instead to keep the silicone surface intact.

## Is this enema kit a good fit for someone new to anal douching?

Yes. The pump gives you more control than squeezing a bulb, and it's far less involved than rigging a shower or gravity system, which makes it a solid starting point.
