How long does Xtra Silky actually last without reapplication?
The thin, water-resistant formula is designed to stay slick through extended sessions without refreshing. Real-world use will vary with intensity, but this is specifically formulated for longer play where stopping to reapply breaks the mood.
Can I use this with my silicone toys?
Silicone-based lubricants can degrade the surface of silicone toys over time. Xtra Silky is listed as compatible with most toys, but for silicone toys specifically, a water-based lube is the safer choice. Glass, stainless steel, and hard plastic toys are all fine.
Is this formula safe for sensitive skin?
The formula is preservative-free and made with only three ingredients: dimethicone, dimethiconol, and vitamin E acetate. That minimal ingredient list means fewer potential irritants, though a small patch test is always a good idea if your skin runs particularly reactive.
Can I use Xtra Silky with condoms?
It is compatible with latex condoms. The one exception is polyurethane condoms, which the formula is not compatible with. If your condoms are latex or polyisoprene, you are good to go.
