What surfaces does the suction cup grip securely?
It works best on smooth, non-porous surfaces: tile, glass, sealed wood floors, acrylic tub walls, and most laminate. Textured, rough, or porous surfaces won't hold a reliable seal.

Why can't I use silicone-based lube with this attachment?
Silicone lube can degrade the surface of silicone toys and accessories over time, affecting both the material and the suction grip. Water-based lubricant keeps everything in good shape.
How do I clean the suction cup attachment?
Warm water and mild soap before and after use. Rinse thoroughly, press out trapped air from the suction base, and let it fully air dry. Boiling is safe given the 100% silicone material.
Can this be used in the shower or bath?
Yes. The silicone is fully waterproof and the suction cup grips smooth wet tile or acrylic. Press it firmly and give it a twist to lock the seal before use.
Is this attachment body-safe on its own if it contacts skin?
