What it does

Perifit Care is built for women managing stress, urge, or mixed incontinence, pairing a perineometer with real-time biofeedback through the Perifit app. If you want to actually see your pelvic floor progress instead of guessing at kegels in the dark, this is the one to click. Skip it if you're after a vibration toy, this is a training device, not a pleasure one. Pair it with the app's guided sessions consistently to get the strengthening the exercises are designed for.

FAQs / Q&A

  • What is Perifit Care used for?

Perifit Care is a perineometer designed to treat stress, mild-to-moderate urge, and mixed urinary incontinence in women by strengthening the pelvic floor through targeted exercise.

  • How does the biofeedback feature work?

The device pairs with the Perifit smartphone app, which turns your pelvic floor contractions into on-screen feedback so you can see your form and progress in real time.

  • How often should I use Perifit Care?

The exercise program is built around consistency. Short, guided sessions through the app a few times a week are how the pelvic floor strengthening is meant to build.

  • How do I clean Perifit Care between uses?

Rinse the insertable portion with warm water and mild, unscented soap after each session, then air dry fully before storing it in its pouch.

  • Do I need a specific phone to use the app?

Perifit Care connects through its companion smartphone app, so you'll need a compatible iOS or Android device to access the guided sessions and biofeedback.
